Why my perspective is a little different

I’ve been on more than one side of the table.

I’ve worked my way from junior roles to corporate leadership and built three businesses across marketing, technology and training sectors.

That means I’ve experienced working life as a subordinate, a manager and a business owner. And believe me, the view can be rather different depending on where you’re sitting.

My training in behavioural change and stress management also shapes how I look at people’s conduct, and responses to stress.

It’s this mix of experience that informs what I share, with familiar situations, different perspectives and a healthy dose of candour.

A few places I’ve shown up.

I’ve delivered talks for:

A couple of things you might be wondering.

Absolutely. Tell me about your event, who’s attending and what you’d like them to take away. We can explore a topic and angle that works for your audience.

My work focuses primarily on women’s careers and experiences, but many of the topics I cover are relevant to broader audiences too. Let’s discuss who’s attending and whether there’s a good fit.
